Smith & Wesson seemed friendly
I have a "317" .22 revolver and it comes unclocked every cylinder full and jams. So I called S&W and they sent me a label and off it went today. I hope they can fix it. I don't even know that thing is on my person and it always has a couple of snake loads for fishing.
Anyway, it's not a Glock 20 SF 10mm but it was easy peasy to get authorized for repair.

You actually were able to speak to a live S&W representative on the phone?? How did you do that?? Any time I call them ALL I ever get is endless phone prompts which ticks me off to no end!

Re: Smith & Wesson seemed friendly
Guy who was an american and spoke american, suncat. He was mostly all business, and I had an authorized return in less than five minutes.
I walked in to the Federal Express and said, "I'm sending this to Smith and Wesson, and the lady grinned and said,"I understand", shook my box within a box and that was it.
Like winning a shake a day or something.

I'm stunned! But I'm happy for you, at least somebody is getting some help from them these days for a change!

It's odd, b/c I'm much friendlier when I'm carrying my Smith & Wesson. Or my Sig, or my Ruger. it's when I'm not with one of those three friends that I'm much less outgoing.
People keep asking if I'm back and I haven't really had an answer. But now, yeah, I'm thinkin' I'm back.
