Leo DiCaprio - the big Green hypocrite
http://www.foxnews.com/entertainment...tcmp=obnetwork
Among his obvious private jet setting aroudn the world, including to a conference on the environment in Europe, and his multiple multi-million dollar homes, he apparently rented the 5th largest yacht in the world to hang out with friends and watch the World Cup.
yeah he owns a Prius, and I've got a washboard on the wall too, but neither is doing much to change our respective carbon footprints.
Not that this is news to anyone, just thought it was funny given his little speech.People keep asking if I'm back and I haven't really had an answer. But now, yeah, I'm thinkin' I'm back.

My first thought was "where's the loud music telling him to shut the heck up?".
My second thought, sometimes expressed to my friends living here at the top of the continent, flying everywhere, is the global warming equivalent of, "sell all that you have, give to the poor, and follow Me".
But they walk away angry, because they are addicted to travel, consumption, exotic outdoor recreation, and fancy gear like $200 puffys.
Yes I have an old RV and boat. And a big tv. But they win the pollution sweepstakes every time they climb the big ole jet airliner. We all do when we wake up here in South Park instead of in the yurt on the goat farm in southern Mississippi.

I'd have to Google yurt and puffys... but I still agree with you.

I would not mind living in a yurt in the right climate. Not sure where I would put the corner hutch though
