Re: Last Post Wins
Add a 4th "good" sleep last night in the last 5 days. I don't know what's going on, but I'm thrilled with it.

Last Post Wins
5th good night of sleep in last 6 days.
7 hrs, 2 minutes, but it also evaluates it based on deep sleep, REM, etc.
Didn't have an appointment this morning until 10, started to go back to sleep (went to bed early so woke up early) but decided to keep the status quo.

…and just like that, the last two nights I slept poorly averaging just under 6 hours.

6th out of 7.
7 hrs, 1 minute, but also good sleep.
I'm really scared. I haven't had that many good nights of sleep in 3 months.

Re: Last Post Wins
I’ve been writing a book about avalanches but I keep getting bogged down with run-on sentences. It’s like they have a snowball effect.
We do this not because it is easy, but because we thought it would be easy.

Re: Last Post Wins
Have had high "fair" sleeps or "good" sleeps like 3 weeks in a row.
It's almost like my entire body clock was reset when I got back from Japan and finally adjusted from jet lag -- which took me about two full weeks.Last edited by Darrell KSR; Today at 10:32 AM.
