Democratic Mayor Says that the Deep State is Real

NYC Mayor Eric Adams admits the deep state is 'real,' credits Kash Patel's book for getting it right

Adams faced bribery charges brought by the SDNY until Trump's DOJ dropped the case

    Linkage

My anti bias toward NYC caused me to have a bias against Mayor Adams. If I met him face to face I would apologize to him for that even though he has never met me. I will view him thru a different lens in the future until he proves that he duped me and I am just a stumbling, bumbling ninny.

The deep state is real. Duh. Trump should move entire federal departments out of DC and into other cities appropriately geographically distributed. The ones he does not end, like education or HUD.

Break up the revolving bureaucracy aristocracy. Get rid of federal buildings. Make them work in abandoned KMarts and strip malls with 9 foot ceilings. Make working in a factory attractive again.

I thought it was a notable comment from a progressive. liberal mayor of a deep blue state. Those folks are not prone to making such outlandish statements.

I am in full agreement that the federal offices should be moved out of DC, but it would cost a fortune to bring old KMart locations up to federal worker standards. Those buildings were full of asbestos, had only 2 latrines, however they were wired for dial up internet speeds and data loads which should make the workers feel at home.

    It is a notable comment.

Also, I ate plenty of those exceptionally cheap ham sandwiches from those KMART buildings. Two for a buck for a long time.

I'm good with them pickin fruit if inside the KMART is too onerous a posting.
