Twilight anesthesia is weird. I had a procedure on my eyelids a couple days ago, but woke up, halfway through it and could feel the doctor working away. I could her and the nurses talking and even needed to answer some questions (like how are you?”) during it while just lieing there neither fully conscious nor unconscious, or so it seemed.
It didn’t hurt Andi remember it, but it was still a surreal experience.
Flounder, I had 3 eye surgeries a couple of years ago, all outpatient, and all with what the doctor called the "don't care" anesthesia. I remembered what was going on during the procedure, and apparently talked so much my doctor told me to shut up during it.

Son came home last night from school, met him at home, drove to the gym, where he and I and 12 other players played basketball from 7 to 9:30 p.m. last night.
I do a lot of things that are enjoyable, but this is one of my absolute favorites.
My last leaf harvest was completed on Saturday, and based on the looks of the current radar image, I am very happy as those leaves would have gotten a good soaking today had they still been lying on the ground, and I despise working with soggy leaves.

I got a wild hair and made a last minute decision to crash my daughter’s house in VA Beach… instead of calling in on face time Christmas Eve to judge the gingerbread house building contest, I got to do it live this year

I work in a small office. We have 9 people who work here. Our office is open today and tomorrow.
8 of us are out today. Apparently I'm the office.

5 to 8 inches of snow predicted here Sunday with another 1-3” of wintry mix on top of that Sunday night. I’m thinking I might just stay home Monday.

It’s interesting how the weather channel’s forecast is so different from accuweather’s. TWC is still calling for 5-8” during the day Sunday then another 1” of mix Sunday night, and 1-3” more on Monday. Accuweather just says 1-3 total for both days. I guess they’re expecting it to be all ice instead of snow. I’d prefer snow.

I take it Cincinnati is pretty much the same forecast?
Right at the Bullitt/Jefferson County line right off of Highway 61 (Preston Highway), live near Penn Run Golf course.
They might be north enough to just get snow but I don’t really know. The river can make a big difference on whether it’s coming down snow, sleet, freezing rain, or just rain.

It’s supposed to be nasty in a wide ares. I’m maybe 45 minutes south of Cincinnati.
‘I think it’s mostly supposed to be snow here until Sunday evening and Monday morning when ice is added to the mix, but you never know how accurate these forecasts art.
