Rutgers is replacing aTm in the Gator Bowl if anyone is interested in picking Wake. Doc, plenty of time to pick something else if you want also.

I'll take Wake Forest to replace Boise, since they opted out. Stay with the 40

Overall with all three groups combined:

    Blueboss -5-5-5 = -15
    Catfan73 -26-47+37 = -36
    Yeager -110-47+100 = -57
    Flounder -47-67+16 = -98
    Doc -55+16-77 = -116

Congratulations to Blueboss, who lost the least and won the 2021 Pick the Bowl Favorites!!

Thanks Catfan for running and tracking the games.

Kind of a bitter/sweet win, winning by losing less than fellow contestants. I never have been good at picking bowl games with odd matchups that bowls provide.

Re: Pick the Bowl Favorites, Group III

It was a very odd bowl season and I’m sure many of us are hoping it doesn’t become the norm with all the opt outs. They need to either expand the playoffs to where at least a lot more of the bowls mean something or just do away with it and go back to crowning champions based off the polls. It would never happen but a lot more of the bowls actually meant something.
