Good riddance. About 50 years too late imo.

U really think players are going to duke without being paid over Kentucky?--Gilbert Arenas, 9/12/19
Found an interesting interview of his mother done in 1971. Id always heard he spent time in Eastern KY region. Guess his mom was originally from my little hometown of Ashland....

Finally had to face his own fear.
“Before I leave I’d like to see our politics begin to return to the purposes and practices that distinguish our history from the history of other nations,
“I would like to see us recover our sense that we are more alike than different. We are citizens of a republic made of shared ideals forged in a new world to replace the tribal enmities that tormented the old one. Even in times of political turmoil such as these, we share that awesome heritage and the responsibility to embrace it.”

Good riddance, and I hope he enjoys his special reserved place in Hades. The scumbag POS earned it!
His music will live on, though.
(Yes, those were real tweets confusing him with Marilyn.)
Interestingly (to some), Charles Manson actually recorded "some music", and it was available, on and off, through varying indie labels and distributors.
Not saying it was "good" (it wasn't, lol), the few songs of his I have actually heard (many years ago) and NO, I never bought one of his records (and NO, he could not have netted royalties from the recordings), but it was also not nearly as "bad" as many would imagine.
He loved music and was obsessed, notoriously, with the Beatles and others, but it's like anything else... anyone can "make music"... insanity does not prevent the creative impulse.
