What brand is the bolt? Is it mil-spec, or SAAMI standard? Is it a name brand bolt, or an aftermarket unit?

Then again, I haven't seen it myself, so I could be all wrong. But based on my experiences with this particular weapons platform, that is what I believe the problem could be.
Thanks, I appreciate the advice. I havent' worked on ARs much, so I'll take any suggestions I can get.

It's a commercially made piece, and a reputable one. I'll have to look it up and I'll check on a couple of things and post back on what I find.
