Did anyone mention Moe’s from the Simpson’s? I haven’t watched it in probably 20 years but I still remember a scene where someone asked Barney, ‘what crawled up in you and died?’ and he replies indignantly, ‘It didn’t die!’

In Star Wars they had the Mos Eisley cantina but the nightclub in Temple of Doom was the Club Obi Wan.

Weather going to be a little dicey the next two days in the deep South. Always hate to see the "possible tornado" on my weather prediction for the next day...

^^^Saw that last night on the extended rough weather forecast.
My step daughter got pounded with snow in Denver, and is expected to get more through Thursday. As bad as three feet of snow can be, it doesn’t top tornado outbreaks.
Hopefully, there won’t be an outbreak through your area

Re: Last Post Wins
Thanks. I saw the Denver snowstorm, too. Received an email from a company I've bought some paper from before that they were closed for the first time ever due to snow. I knew it had to be bad.

Happy St. Patricks Day! On my mother's side I have several Irish names (O'Brien, Murphy, McGuire, etc.) but haven't yet found where they came from in Ireland. They were all here well before the Famine in the 1840s.

Drove my wife to CVS for a vaccine in Bessemer... Been here 90 minutes, will be at least 45 more minutes. They are, uhh, not efficient.
Meanwhile, a little weather...

Two tornadoes currently headed our way. Wife has been vaccinated. We'll be headed south in like 5 minutes. Should be ok if we can get south quickly.

Our weather guy says this is the first time since 2019 that the high risk of tornados has been been issued anywhere in the US, which was also in the same area, including central AL.

Not something you see everyday. That's a boat. That's in Dallas County, in the Selma area, not close to me.
