Fortunately, that is just below the $2300.00/month the NCAA allows UNC-CH and Duke football players from agents.
OK, that's a joke. Duke has never had a football player an agent would want on their payroll.

That is a cumulative amount, of course. So they can go over the limit on a monthly basis, as long as it does not exceed the cumulative amount for all of the months.
