A huge fight ending up in congress and maybe the supreme court. Trying to curtail a presidents power usually ends up being extremely confrontational.

It's a attempt to keep Trump from overturning all of Obama's executive orders,especially Obamacare. I wonder if they would recommend to backdate their decision to eight years ago?

That sounds write. There is a big difference in issuing executive orders and declaring national emergencies in secret.

Glad this ruling has come out. Regardless of who is president.
