REPORT: UK POLICE HAD SAVILE ABUSE RECORDS IN '60S
http://hosted.ap.org/dynamic/stories...03-11-23-28-47
An independent report into how British police handled allegations against disgraced late BBC entertainer Jimmy Savile said Tuesday that police held records that connected him to sexual abuse as early as 1964, but failed to carry out an investigation.
Once one of Britain's most popular entertainers, Savile's reputation took a dive after his death in 2011 at age 84, when hundreds of witnesses and victims came forward accusing him of sexual abuse. Police have since described the television and radio presenter as a serial sexual predator who used his fame to target young victims across Britain.
Tuesday's report suggested that Savile could have been stopped decades ago.
Ya think?
Cool as a rule, but sometimes bad is bad.

HUNDREDS?
What is wrong with people? Not just the predator, but those that looked the other way and allowed this to continue?

Re: In other news...
Can you say "the Roman Catholic Church" real fast, three times? It's the same thing, some "do-gooder" thinking that if you don't say or do anything that everything will just miraculously be okay, or that no one (whoever that may be) will never know. Just utter stupidity to even think the victims do not matter in any way while these creeps keep racking up the victim totals.
We had a trial of this nature last week here in court. Both of the victims in this case are the creep's nieces. After the older niece testified against him he gave up and surrendered himself to the mercy of the Court. Only the Judge wasn't the least bit merciful. He sentenced this piece of trash to 43.5 years in prison, labelled him a sexual predator for life, and ordered him to have no contact ever with any juvenile 17 y.o.a. for the rest of his life. And because it was a Capital Sexual Crime against Florida law he is not eligible for any "gain time", meaning he serves the sentence day-for-day. He is currently 42 years old, so if he lives that long he will be approximately 86 years old when his sentence is completed.
I hope he dies in prison like a good creep should.MOLON LABE!

Oh, I agree with you 100%, Doc. However, he's not quite done just yet. Matter of fact, he's going to be over in your neck of the woods once we get his prison packet put together here.......he has a similiar case pending in St. Lucie county, so he'll be a guest of Sheriff Mascara in that fine jail facility known as "Rock Road". After that case is disposed of, then it's off to the South Florida Reception Center & the Florida Department of Corrections for him!
I hope that God is truly just and has a special place in hell for ALL of these creeps.MOLON LABE!
