I think LakeCat and Genuine Realist both were prosecutors, maybe, but have extensive experience in the area. KSRBEvans is really smart and has done a lot of things to help people and I wouldn't be surprised if he didn't have some good advice in him.

Roger you need to get our of Commiefornia and move back east. One of the Carolinas I'm thinking. Maybe Wilmington given your good memories there.
Wilmington would be wonderful, on so many levels. Alas, if I leave commiefornia I leave alone and I'm not sure I have the guts to do that anymore. Although, if my attorney can get this BS DA charge dismissed, I may just get up and go. Grab the pup, the TV and computer and say so long.

DA threw my case out today! Said the police report was stupid and should never have gotten to her. My attorney helped her see the light.
