Birmingham opening 2024 with some of your "Bingo" card check marks
First, we had the case of the naked aquarium Bass Pro Shop jumper.
This Bass Pro Shop is located near Buccees, and the entrance to the Barbour Motor Speedway (where I "ran" a 5k on the track there last year).
Apparently the man drove into a pole in the store parking lot Thursday night, stripped naked, ran into the store, and did a cannonball into the aquarium. If you've ever been to a Bass Pro Shop, they have a huge aquarium with a waterfall in the middle of the store. He then got out and walked under the waterfall.
Two police officers (Leeds is the name of the actual community/suburb) began to walk up the stairs of the aquarium to him, and he dove back into the water. He climbed over the side of the aquarium, dropped to the concrete below, and knocked himself out. Police took him into custody.

Next, we have the case of the drunken Mountain Brook man who got stuck in an expensive urn, Mr. Connor Padgett.
Here are a couple of twitter videos with footage. Warning -- language NSFW; do not click if others in the room who would be offended.
