What's a cat will execution?
Sigh.
Sent an email out to my new students--each semester, I offer students a chance to pick up some beer or book money by helping me in my office. Things like show up for a half-hour estate planning execution conference, be one of the witnesses, I pay you some cash.
Anyway, I dictated--but did not proofread--the email before I hit send.
Apparently, I asked them if they wanted to witness a cat will execution tomorrow.
(I dictated "cap Will," as in capitalize the next word, which was will, but the software missed it. And I missed proofing it.)
Hopefully PETA won't be out to get me, nor will the folks who think I may be crazy for doing estate planning services at the behest of a cat.

That’s a relief. I was picturing a cat operating a guillotine for you. They do like to kill things.

Re: What's a cat will execution?
I assumed you were doing a will for a rich person who had left it all to their pet feline. I would think you'd get a good response just for people who want to see such a thing.
People keep asking if I'm back and I haven't really had an answer. But now, yeah, I'm thinkin' I'm back.

Amusing TV commercial that I see almost daily with an estate lawyer reading a last will and testament to 3 potential human heirs and an English speaking Cat. The hazards of the new fangled AI stenographer services manifest themselves at the least appropriate times.
