I have had to do this several times during my career. Of all the unpleasant things I have ever had to do, this one is far and away the toughest and most heart wrenching duty ever.

It hurt me to even read it. Even when I watch TV shows like Blue Bloods (one of my favorites) it hurts me when that is part of the story line... I can't even imagine enduring that in real life.
