I doubt anyone can get withing shooting distance of Lexington Blue Grass Airport. I am not being facetious as they normally shut down the airport and all access roads in the area when Air Force 1 is flying in or departing. Once the motorcade departs and is well on it's way the public can arrive at the airport and gawk at the plane.
