Last surviving Band of Brothers Soldier passes

It's been a tough last few days for WW2 heroes. First the last surviving WW2 MOH recipient, now the last surviving member of Easy Company, 2nd Battalion, 506th Paratrooper Regiment, 101st Airborne Division--the "Band of Brothers" written about by Stephen Ambrose and made famous in the HBO miniseries.

Parachuted into Normandy on D-Day, fought in Operation Market Garden in Holland, wounded in the Battle of the Bulge. RIP.
