Sad day. I’ve read all their stories but have a personal connection with two MOH recipients, both Marines from Kentucky. One was my Uncle Bill, the other Dakota Meyer. After the tornado that hit West Liberty 11 or 12 years ago he showed up in my Mother’s yard, helping clear brush. He had just decided to come help. Neither of them knew at the time of their connection.
