It's all just a dog-n-pony show. The judge is an Obama appointee. Once again, nothing is going to happen. The Clintons will skate......again. And to be truthful here, I'm not 100 % sold on how tough Durham is and if he is really intent upon putting anyone besides some low hanging fruit in prison.

It applies only to the Sussman case. They can be used in the future in other cases. IMO this actually harms the Clinton's as it rules it was work product, hence supporting the idea he was employed by the DNC or Hillary....not just a private person as he has claimed

I have strong reservations about a impartial trial, especially when jurors were part of the Hillary campaign, and the judge is married to Lisa Page (Peter Strorz side piece) lawyer

The jury included one federal government employee who told the judge they donated to Democrats in 2016 and another government employee who told the judge they "strongly" dislike former President Trump. Both of those jurors told the judge they could be impartial throughout the trial.

The jury also included a teacher, an illustrator, a mechanic and more. One juror had a child who was on the same high school sports team as Sussmann's child.

The overwhelming majority of jurors selected told Cooper they had not heard of the case prior to jury service.
