And apparently, I am learning some things.

Like it takes FOREVER to bake a really big sweet potato. I mean, really big. And really long.

Like I probably should have checked on one of the cats this morning. Ten minutes ago I found him locked in the garage. He was pizzed at me...and hungry.

Like I should have checked to see if we had the bags of chicken breasts we cook for one of the cats. He's on his 9th life, has been for months, but is enjoying himself and having a good quality of life. And apparently has like 9 pounds of chicken breasts in the freezer (now) after I failed to check to see if he had any.

Like I found an already mixed up batch of Cranberry slush in the freezer from New Year's...or maybe Christmas. And I have learned that while I'm waiting on the chicken to cook, and the sweet potato to cook, the Cranberry slush is surprisingly just perfectly ready for me to sample. And I suspect the batch will not go back in the freezer tonight.

Sounds like you just have it in for the cats.

You can actually microwave a sweet potato in 5 or 6 minutes.

Maybe the other cat knew what he was doing going into the garage to fend for himself the day before.
