    European investments have been pretty bad, but good Lord investing in Russian Banks is foolish at best. Granted it is less than 1% of the fund's assets, but foolish nonetheless. Even before the invasion, while it was the second largest European bank based on capitalization, its return on Equity was not in the top 20.

    Well thank goodness for the teachers the investment arm of the retirement fund did not decide to ride that stock all the way to the bottom.
