The housing market in this country has gotten ridiculous. The amount of investment money flowing in both domestically and internationally is crazy.

Yes. Here it is mostly work anywhere salaries blowing out the single family home price. I suspect bitcoin had a “cash offer” effect but don’t have the testimony from realtors like I do with work from home outsiders

You would think this would slow the stampede into town. But it does not.

I am tempted to find a nice town south of my temperature line and spend thanksgiving to mothers day there. Global warming notwithstanding.

Absolute temp Currently -16 but earlier this am -20 at my house. Brisk! Blueboss the 12 miles of road up to the ski hill was bumper to bumper so I guess the cold didnt freeze any interest in skiing. When it gets really cold I get a bunch of -30 to -50 wind chill numbers around the area.
