White House drafting executive order on police reform
The draft in its current form does not cut funding, but orders federal agencies to change policies, including banning chokeholds, reforming the body-worn camera policy, and restricting the use of "no-knock entries."
Does that mean that if a LEO encounters a meth enraged gorilla, they can empty their 9 mil into his sorry arse rather than using a generally non ;lethal choke hold on it?seeya
