My aunt Cathy grew up in drakesboro and happened to be the subject of “Cathy’s clown” which is a great song. She always went back to the music festivals. Her husband was my dads brother, he was an all state football player from tilghman way back in the day and got a scholarship to play at Michigan state. He soon realized he wasn’t build like those dudes and moved back to play at murray state. They were interesting, lived all over the world with the army as he was in the 101st airborne. Fun people I certainly miss them.
