There are different phases of the Keystone pipelines. Some of the phases are complete, and Keystone XL is phase 4 and was under construction when Biden pulled the plug.

This is the Dakota Access Pipeline route.
Just blows my mind as to why they would stop this pipeline knowing the control it gives the US to not have to purchase oil from anyone.
There is just a push to eliminate oil and gas along with cows which is crazy try being a farmer and getting taxed because your cows have to crap!

I think all of that stuff is used to justify handing China and Russia more control. Shutting down our pipeline construction and oil production and freeing the Russian pipeline hands Putin a big win and provides him with major leverage in Europe. Energy is power, and Putin is an energy provider to Europe. China is building a huge number of coal powered power plants, and the leftists give them a pass on greenhouse gases.
The sales of American industrial agriculture to China and the increased calls by the left to cease livestock production are going to put our nation in a dangerous position. Our nation needs to produce enough food to feed our nation.
