I did listen to the speech and it was pathetic. Way too little. Way too late.

The only thing that I will accept from that man is something to the effect of...

I want to sincerely apologize to the nation for my irrational behavior and the deception towards my supporters. I did not understand the consequences of my words and actions and now that it has resulted in the deaths of American citizens, I am deeply disturbed that I have played a role in these deaths and the amped up anger of my followers. After struggling with the loss of the election, I know realize that it is time to move on and that Joe Biden and Kamala Harris will be President and Vice President on January 20th. I congratulate them and wish them the absolute best as our nation is faced with some of the most difficult challenges of our lifetime.

For my supporters that feel the need to use violence. PLEASE STOP. Deep down, we must celebrate the things that unite us and practice civility for the things that divide us. I deeply apologize if my words and actions have influenced any increases in your anger. These are my shortcomings and not yours. In the coming days, weeks and months I will honor the people's will and support the new President in his efforts to heal division. Please give the new administration a chance. His success is our nation's success and yours as well....


We will NEVER get that from Trump. He does not believe any of it. He does not believe in American Democracy.

If he was actually interested in calling for peace he would address the root issue, which is that the whole stolen election thing is nothing more than wishful thinking on his part. His level of narcissism will never allow him to admit that to himself though much less the whole country.
