Lol it does make for a little extra excitement in games I wouldn’t otherwise care about. But then again it can also give you a little extra aggravation. Just think, if you had put all 50 on Tulane Saturday....

I honestly cannot find a single game this week that I would actually think about betting on, at least not on any of these favorites to cover. I’ve got some ground to make up though. Might as well get it over with Friday night so I can wallow in misery as we play more “basketball” on Saturday.

Colorado for 50 (Quintuple Shock Power!)

I badly want to use the +50 wager on a team but cannot find a team that is worth that, and my bigger goal is to end the year on the positive side. I’m +40 now and already had a -50 week, do I can’t risk it.

Give me Florida State though I might make an addition or two later. Make it a triple shock

It’s neither here nor there but the Colorado-Utah game has been moved to Saturday at noon on Fox with the Michigan-Ohio State cancellation. Which means they’ll be starting at 10:00 AM mountain time. Egads.

Let’s get this graded out...we played 11 teams this week, with 6 covering their spread, 4 losing, and 1 push. The big winner this week was Flounder with a nifty +30. Doc (+9) and Yeager (+8) also finished in the black. The rest of us didn’t fare so well with yours truly the worst, reduced to crawling around under the seats at Keeneland looking for winning tickets (I’ve actually seen people do this). One more week to play then bowl season!
