Why Has Trump Found Himself in An Uphill Fight?

Improbable as it often seems, and whatever his failings, in this election Donald Trump is the candidate of honesty, competence, and legality. A Biden victory would be a crushing defeat for all of these traditional American ideals.

It's ironic that the man accused of being a foreign spy and corrupt has endured 4 years of the most severe, detailed investigation in US history and has come out clean, and he's been running against career politicians who are dripping with corruption scandals and obvious graft and influence peddling.

Trump is what he is, but yes in both elections he has actually been the far superior choice for clean, honest government. That's saying a lot about the state of our politics IMO that a New York real estate mogul is the cleanest guy in the room.
