I am not sure I knew she was still living.

One hundred and eight years.

More than a century. Almost a full decade more than a century.

OK, so I had to look it up...as of today, Hester Ford is the oldest living American, from South Carolina. She is 115 years old. She is 13 days older than another living 115-year old, Iris Westman from North Dakota.

I told her that one day everybody will say, "Gee, I don't know why he died so young." She was not amused.

That's tremendous. Can I call her the next time I have a computer problem? I'm sure you, Pedro, and CitizenBBN could use the break.

I'm doing some legal work right now for a 98 and a half year old young lady. Mentally sharper than I am. Could probably do all that I'm doing and then some.

Her eyesight is failing, but otherwise in excellent physical shape.
