Intrauterine transgender...what is the correct term?

    A "shimtus"?

    A "hefetus"?

    A "Shimbreyo"?

I hate "gender revealing" events, etc....but then I am old school. Plus I know ultrasound is based on interpretation (my masters thesis involved comparing ultrasound to actual physical measurements, the differences found etc....) but will admit a fetal penis looks like a penis, just real small. And apparently he already has bad teeth

Our gender reveal was coming home to tell our parents it was a girl.

I hate the gender reveals. I know I'm just old school, but even if the parents found out the sex, I think it's a stupid excuse for a party.

Now, get off my lawn! (Especially because you might burn it).

    Right there with you.

I don't want to offend anyone, but I really don't get it. It seems very self-aggrandizing to me. Sure you have a baby shower traditionally to help get things for the coming baby, but what is this for?

I can see something with parents and immediate family when you find out, go over for dinner or something, but a big blow out party event?
People keep asking if I'm back and I haven't really had an answer. But now, yeah, I'm thinkin' I'm back.
