Susan Rice is a known liar. Period. She wouldn't tell the truth if it was tattooed on her stinkin' forehead.
And it also proves that she hasn't read the Constitution, or that if she has she clearly has no comprehension abilities, because what the Constitution says is as clear as a sunny day.
