Terry, were you surprised by Randy Sanders' comments about Maxwell Smith and Morgan Newton? Sounded like everybody and their brother was annoiting Morgan Newton the starter based on one little scrimmage (yeah, I started buying the hype a little, too).

I think Max will be what the fans want as a whole--unless he doesn't produce, of course. And if that's the case, well, look out.

I have thought since the season was over that Max would be the starter, however he has yet to be named, so we're waiting with baited breath

Gotta believe it is Max.

Looking forward to having some bruisers move defenders carrying the ball more than I am passing, though. I don't remember off the top of my head, but the UK-UL team who has outrushed the other has won virtually all of our head to head matchups.
