One of the hardest things in life is having words in your heart that you can't utter.
Here I am on vacation last year or year before last and yes, I outkicked my coverage.

No, brother, you did NOT outkick your coverage. 👍😉
Always great to put a face with a name!
So I have my German heritage to blame for this huge Mellon of mine?

Thanks, Jack.
I too am interested if the face will match my mental picture of them, so I was happy to oblige.
I ain't too ornery looking for a Nelson County redneck who spent a lot of his life in Zoneton/Hillview/Shepherdsville area.
A wonder we haven't crossed paths at one time or another.

You absolutely out kicked your coverage, Pappy. The only two good looking things in that picture is your wife and your UK shirt ☺️.
I kid, of course you're a good looking guy too.
Thanks for sharing the photo.
And she wants me to retire that shirt!
That is another ethnic fallacy, that German-Scot-Irish folks are packrats; we just can't stand to get rid of anything that may have some use left in them. That shirt is as comfortable as an old houseslipper, although more suited to weekend errands or lounging around days..
That was taken at a park near Fort Walton Beach, Florida.
I would be interested in seeing some photos from some of the other Big Blue Brethren.

Well I guess the mask ordinance suits you perfectly.
Nah, didn't want anyone thinking I was an IU or U6 fan besides the owner was a good friend of mine, back in the day, and his was the first company to come to mind.
God knows what He is doing. When Grammy and I got married we had a grandson that looked like my childhood picture from the oversized square head to the blue hazel eyes. I always told him, don't worry, son one day you will grow into that skull of your and boy has he. 6'3" of box-headed stubbornness. And he has given us three great grand children (all boys), and they have been in the 89th, 90th & 97th percentile of head sizes for babies according to the doctors, and Praise God all are 100% healthy save for the youngest who has a cleft palate (inside) that I noticed the first time I held him at the hospital. When he cried it sounded like a mule braying. I nicknamed him Jack. Also his mom said he was having trouble nursing, and he wouldn't take a bottle. I said well, he has a hole in the roof of his mouth, no wonder. Seems they had missed that little fact during the newborn "inspection" if you would.
6, 3 & 2 and the 2 year old is within 2 pounds and 1 1/2" of his brother.
