Good read. Disagree we could use force to end the programs in NK and Iran, esp. NK, but otherwise agree completely.

Bush's support of the Neo-Cons has proven a failure, and Obama's "lead from behind with an apology" only created a power vacuum which allowed China and Russia to expand their influence.

Trump's use of economics to exert power is honestly the much smarter way to go. It is articulated badly to horribly, but his approach is sound. Stop putting boots on the ground everywhere and use trade policy to create influence.

It's also a reason a lot of generals who used to like him aren't so fond of him now. He wants a strong military, but not a military in permanent war in multiple nations or stationed at our expense to defend allies that can defend themselves.
