Re: FSU dealing with possibly renaming Doak Campbell Stadium
Already was mentioned on Matt Jones show a week ago. I think a lot of major donors to UK would say enough already. I predict when every demand regardless how inane it might be isn't met we will get a player boycott and i say bring it on. I have learned to live without sports.

Re: FSU dealing with possibly renaming Doak Campbell Stadium
Ignoring the social implications of the Doak Campbell renaming, I thought the suggestion made by the former football player who requested the change to rename the stadium "Bobby Bowden Stadium" and the field "Charlie Ward Field" had a nice ring to it.
I think the field is currently named Bobby Bowden Field, but for what he did for the University, it would be nice to be even more prominent. I don't know what his health is like, but he's still living, isn't he?

Re: FSU dealing with possibly renaming Doak Campbell Stadium
Every record has been destroyed or falsified, every book rewritten, every picture has been repainted, every statue and street building has been renamed, every date has been altered. And the process is continuing day by day and minute by minute. History has stopped. Nothing exists except an endless present in which the Party is always right.
