230/3 (2 turnovers +1) = 76.6666666


Tie Breaker: Foul differential from 1st half to 2nd called (total on both teams). If you think the same number of fouls will be called each half, combined on both teams, it's 0. Otherwise, it's some number. Don't need to know which half had more, just the difference between the two.

Well, the professor didn't require as much heavy calculation as I had hoped. Rather simple formula, but we may revisit it later with larger numbers.
