1. Predict the Kentucky margin of victory (+) OR loss (-). If you believe that Kentucky will lose, make sure that you make it clearly known with a -- [minus sign], or something else.
2. Predict the game high scorer, AND the total number of points he will score in the game. NOTE--it does not have to be a Kentucky player for this KSR point.
3. OVER/UNDER 10. Predict whether Kentucky will have a halftime lead of OVER 10 or UNDER 10, and by how many.
4. Stratified, transitional hyperbolic PARabaloid. For today's contest, predict the Points x Assists x Rebounds of the UK starter with the lowest total, with one twist - all numbers begin with 1.
Example - John scores 3 points, 0 assists, and 4 rebounds. His total is 13 x 10 x 14 = 1820.
Looking for the lowest total Stratified, transitional hyperbolic PARabaloid of a starter. Just need a number.
Tie Breaker: number of Vanderbilt made 3 pointers.
Good luck.Last edited by Darrell KSR; 01-29-2020 at 10:48 AM.

The question: OVER/UNDER 10. Predict whether Kentucky will have a halftime lead of OVER 10 or UNDER 20, and by how many.
Did you mean “under 10?” Or am I dense because that confuses me as written.

Lee for Vanderbilt had 21 to lead all scorers, but nobody picked him so no point awarded here.

Well, this third question was a real dud for me and I probably won't make this mistake again. Or at least, I won't try to be so optimistic. The over-under was set at a 10-point halftime lead for Kentucky, and they were down by 7, so under, by 17 was the correct answer. This was closest for the point.

We have a three-way tie for the win today, so we need to go to the tiebreaker. Vanderbilt hit nine three point field goals, or nine more than they made the other day when their three point shooting streak ended. Flounder was almost perfect on that as well, choosing them to make nine, and was closest for the win. Congratulations, UKFlounder! Really nice job of analyzing this game.

This is just a fun game, and there's a fair amount of luck and good fortune in it at times. But I really enjoy seeing the winter kind of figure out the overall element of the game. Figuring that Vanderbilt would hit nine or 10 three-pointers, and Kentucky still manage a nine-point win, was an outstanding job.
For me, I will take some parboiled number that I get within 400, and beat someone else by 6, and luck into a tie breaker of shot percentage by 4/10 of a percent or something like that, and call it good. I may not figure out which team was going to win, or who would be the leading scorer in the game, but I'll take it nonetheless.
