Seriously, this "cancel culture" thing is in every conceptual way the same as Mao's Cultural Revolution. The only difference is they don't have an army to enforce it.

it's extremely dangerous, certainly counterproductive, and is antithetical to the reasons this nation was founded. it's OK and even good in America to have different views and opinions.

Twitter now has its own Red Guard, which pounces on anyone who dares to associate with the wrong person or disagree in any way.

The saddest part is they don't even see what they are doing, and how they are the real fascists. that's what fascists do, they shut down anyone who disagrees with them rather than engaging in thoughtful debate. They don't even see it.
