"I have touched all the so-called capitals of basketball, but when it gets down to the short stroke, the only true capital of basketball is in Lexington." AL McGuire
Definitely one of the greats, but the greatest is a matter of opinion. Joe Perry, Mark Knopfler, Eric Clapton, Jeff Beck, Eddie Van Halen, Joe Walsh, are all stiff competition for GOAT, and I am sure that I left 20 or more off that list

I'm just one stomach flu away from my goal weight.
Clapton, for the fact the he gives music a chance to 'breathe'.
What he doesn't play is just as important as the note he does...
EVH for his technical virtuosity alone...
Joe Walsh, just because.
Mark Knopfler - the Merle Travis influence
Oh, gosh dan now I gotta start digging out the old vinyl...
One of the hardest things in life is having words in your heart that you can't utter.
I gave my turntable and amplifier AND my 40 years of vinyl to my son in law when he married into the family. I had to do something to convert him from the crap he was listening to. He is now a very thankful convert and I listen to what I want to via Youtube and record the really special stuff to CD so I won't lose it if Al Gore pulls the plug on his invention.

Page was a great stylist on guitar.
“Before I leave I’d like to see our politics begin to return to the purposes and practices that distinguish our history from the history of other nations,
“I would like to see us recover our sense that we are more alike than different. We are citizens of a republic made of shared ideals forged in a new world to replace the tribal enmities that tormented the old one. Even in times of political turmoil such as these, we share that awesome heritage and the responsibility to embrace it.”
-Patriot and Senator. John McCain
In my opinion, one of the legends!
