I believe that this was the only correct pick of the week, so the red-hot leaderboard up top will remain intact for the final week of the regular season, which includes the conference Championship Games next weekend. The season concludes with next weekend's activities, so be studying all of the games early. Will have the games up early this week for your review.

Of course, we will have our bowl game Bonanza where you will get a fresh start if you were like me and had an awful start to the season. Or even if you had a good start, maybe you can have a double dip.

What the heck, Louisiana-Monroe.

You don't know how hard I was rooting for you, Pappy.

The game was crazy weird. ULM play their hearts out trying to pull the huge upset and be Bowl eligible. When they scored to go ahead by two points, a ULL male cheerleader went berserk about something. The police had to be called, pulled the cheerleader off the field, and delayed the game. It iced the kicker, who then proceeded to miss the PAT.

ULL then scored by kicking a field goal with just over a minute to play in the game. Something like 1:21 if I remember correctly. Anyway, I had given ULM up for dead, but their senior quarterback lead them down and they had a 34-yard field goal to win the game with three seconds to play which, of course, missed wide left.

Of course it did. We lost the game to Florida State in overtime by missing a PAT, so why not end the season the same way?

I've got to tell you. When I heard that Alabama had missed more field goals since 2007, I couldn't believe it.
