+15!! Big-time pick here, big-time reward. Nicely done. EDIT--UKFlounder ALSO is a first-time winner for this season. Wow. Two guys with their first correct SUP this season, and both hitting a home run with a double-digit winner.

The "close, but no cigar" award goes this week to Doc, Bigbluepappy, and Yeager49, for the heartbreaking defeat in overtime for South Alabama; and to Catmanjack, for the 1-point OT loss by Buffalo. Tough luck, guys.

Honorable mention to me and my "homer" pick of my alma mater, ULM, playing at home trying to upset top 25 Memphis. They cut the lead to 6 points with 6 minutes to go in the 4th quarter (39-33), and then ULM-ed all over themselves, allowing a touchdown on the next two offensive plays (long TD run by Memphis followed by pick-6 throw by ULM QB Caleb Evans, who had an otherwise outstanding game.) Warhawks had 575 yards of offense in the game against what was reputed to be a pretty good defensive team, all wasted.

It was a long shot, but I had no good picks last week, so I felt I might as well go "homer."
