    Week 5 Games

Well, I have the chili simmering and the antipasti prepared. I am watching football to get rid of the pre-game jitters. But it is hard to find some good games to watch. Duke and PSu turned their games into snoozers last night. Today TCU is killing KU. OU is in a laugher over TTU. Jalen Hurts looks like a Heisman winner. The only two good games in the 11 am window seem to be aTm and Arky and Northwestern and Wisky. NU let me down in Week 1 and it’s tough to watch them ready to spring an upset I didn’t see coming. I must have given up on them too soon. aTm is proving they are much worse than people think.

Anyone see a good game coming up in the 2:30 CST window? I don’t want to sit here and cheer for UNCCH.

Virginia might give Notre Dame a good game? IDK. What’s wrong with A&M? Jimbo has to be the most overpaid coach in the country.

Well, if you look at the SUP thread you can imagine I’ll be watching UVa. My guests will be all about watching Bamer.

Oh my! Arky scores again. Where’s the team that lost to San Jose?

They’ve got to try to outscore teams, they have no defense.

    Week 5 Games

That Arkansas v A&M game was a lot more "entertaining" than I expected.

Ole Miss v Alabama? Ole Miss with a brand new freshman QB?

How about that Clemson/North Carolina game?

I would have kicked the extra point and tried to win in overtime. Live to fight another day.

Those three yards might as well have been a mile.

It wasn't like they were in the game thru luck or turnovers. They had pretty much played Clemson even and should have been able to do the same in overtime.
