    Nick Buonconti RIP

    Sad day for those who recall his playing days with Miami, and the tragic injury to his son. Been fighting dementia for the past few year. Did not realize he was 79....does not seem he should have been that old

    He was a very good linebacker, one of the better ones during that time. A little undersized for his position compared to the rest of the NFL at that time, but always seemed to anticipate the coming play and a hard hitting, sure tackler.
