Where do you live? Many of the KCTCS schools have training programs.

KCTCS = Kentucky community college system.

Can’t hire guys fresh out of training school. Insurance won’t cover. One year experience required and I personally require 6 months of flatbed experience hauling steel coils.

Just a guess here, but getting a CDL holder that can pass an anytime drug test must be an issue too..

That’s not an issue with my current driver. Laziness and being a self centered selfish moron is his problem. I make money off of the truck he drives. Usually $1,000-1,500 per week after expenses. Sometimes I’m not sure my sanity is worth it though. LOL.
