Facebook Live Video... What happened here?

Is this a phone problem or a Facebook problem? Did I inadvertently select some psychedelic filter or something?

Here's what it looks like normally. I rebooted the phone, turned it off, I just let it rest for a few minutes in the second half before this video. The first half of the game was fine as well. It was only when I started the second half with a new live stream that the Psychedelic version above occurred.

Yes, this is some sort of video filter; whether it was facebook or on your phone, not quite sure. The effect is way too organic to be a hardware issue.
