Basketball elimination contest--rules and action

Elimination (or Survival) game: Each round (tues/wed/thurs OR Sat/SUN) you pick ONE SEC team to win. Its that simple. There are no points, no spreads. Just pick the winner. HOWEVER in the following rounds you can not re-use a team. So if you pick FL to win in Sat of week 1 then you can not use FL in mid week 1 or week 2 or 3 or 4 or 5 etc. If you pick Alabama in mid week 1 you can not use FL or Bama in weeks 3 or 4 or 5 or 6. We will only be playing INTRACONFERENCE GAMES, thus the big 12/SEC challenge is an OFF week (even though I believe a couple teams will be playing..we are just skipping that round. If the team you pick loses then you get a strike. Three strikes and you are out of the game. This game requires you to play from week two. If you miss a week you get an auto-strike, (and an automatic strike means the strike PLUS YOU ARE ASSIGNED A TEAM THAT YOU HAVE NOT USED TO HAVE PLAYED THAT DID LOSE, AND WAS THE HIGHEST RANKED TEAM PER THE SEC STANDING THAT YOU HAVE NOT USED). The last person standing wins. Any games cancelled due to weather etc that you picked a winner in means you must play TWO games the following round.
