If you are not at least 50 years old, you are googling Jefferson Airplane to see what the fuss is. They got a lot better when they replaced band member Toly Anderson with Grace Slick, but it was tough handling her alcohol issues.
She was a heck of a talent when sober though

    RIP Marty

As far as I know only Jorma and Jack are the only ones left who perform and that as Hot Tuna. Jack is in great shape as in athletic shape, and Jorma looks like he works out too. Grace not so much. Balin had some good tunes.

Is he the one who sang lead in "Jane" ?
Cool as a rule, but sometimes bad is bad.

Based on my quick googling he had absolutely nothing to do with the formation or music of "Starship", the final incarnation of the once great Jefferson Airplane, and nothing whatsoever to do with the worst song in all of Rock and Roll, "We Built This City".

So I love the guy on that basis alone.
People keep asking if I'm back and I haven't really had an answer. But now, yeah, I'm thinkin' I'm back.
