Thanks guys. Its something I'll never forget.

My wife swears that her mother told her to get our son a "whip stick" for Xmas when he was 10 years old. This happened 6 monthes after she died (my mother in law...my wife is still alive). Six month later my son broke his arm on that damn thing

Well, the FIRST bit of good news in a month. Driver license business done! Taken care of. Went to DMV and they said I did not have what I needed but when she pulled up my license it was good to go. Apparently my insurance company called Tallahassee and got it taken care of. I guess leaving a curse filled voice mail sometimes does work. I did get a signed copy stating I was good to go though, just in case. Am also meeting with a personal injury defense lawyer today per my lawyer recommendation even though I have not been served. She thought it a good idea just as a precaution, to keep my ducks in a row.
