When I wake up in the middle of the night, it’s usually only for a half hour or so.

Still disruptive as hell...

I'm usually awake for about 90 minutes. But after that I can usually fall back asleep.

I woke up about 1:30 AM this morning, then got up to comfort my little chihuahua with congestive heart failure. Turned the TV on and channel surfed until about 3 AM. Saw an interesting show on the Travel Channel about about different types of pizza 🍕 from various locales around the U.S.
Some looked good, others I wouldn't give a second look (I'm kind of a pizza snob, very much a traditionalist, don't like to deviate from the basics), but the very last pizzas they showed were dessert type pizzas, with lots of chocolate and such that really looked appealing at about 3 AM.
Okay, now I'm hungry. For chocolate. 😉

been up since 3. terrible leg cramps...something is wrong. Im going to Dr today because this is different. Leg is hard and swollen. Im worried about a clot

wife wants me to check into hospital. Dr just went with Xaralto, Hydrocodone and rest....and if any pains or shortness of breath then go to hosp asap. not surgical due to multiple times and size (called two vascular surgeons, both agreed). will be on blood thinners forever and have to go thru blood workup again. had this with the first clot but that was a decade ago
